NYC H2O Challenge Grant
Help us Match the $10,000 Auchincloss Grant by June 30
The Lily Auchincloss Foundation has given NYC H2O a $10,000 Challenge Grant with a dollar-for-dollar match for all donations received before June 30th. We need your help: we have less than two months to meet a match that provides a total of $20,000. The grant will provide free outdoors water ecology field trips to underserved NYC school children.
Double your impact by donating now to match the generosity of the Lily Auchincloss Foundation. NYC H2O is taking 2,100 students from Title I schools to visit awe-inspiring urban reservoirs and wetland areas this year. Students are given critical first tools to understanding their city’s water system and local water ecology. Our field trips foster scientific learning and the stewardship critical to keeping our drinking water pure, now and in the future. With this additional support, we will be able to fully fund all of the 75 free field trips through the end of June.
We appreciate all donations. For donations of $250 or more, we will send you an NYC H2O metal water bottle.
